The BNI Korea YDP (Yeongdeungpo) Center is organizing the 'YDP Members Forum' on June 16th at the JK Art Center in Yeongdeungpo. This event is highly anticipated as it aims to provide new business opportunities to BNI Korea YDP members and strengthen their collaboration network.

BNI, which stands for Business Network International, is a global platform for entrepreneurs who believe in the philosophy of 'Givers Gain, helping others helps me.' It is an international collaborative organization with over 300,000 entrepreneurs in 76 countries. In Korea, BNI has more than 2,100 representatives from small and medium-sized enterprises across 67 chapters and 140 specialized fields.

Recently, the head offices of small and medium-sized brands affiliated with the Franchise Association have also joined BNI, further accelerating its expansion.

Approximately 190 members from various BNI YDP chapters, including First, Champion, Synergy, Million, Trust, Ace, Professional, and Prime, will attend the forum.

The forum will be moderated by Nae-kyung Yoo, CEO of Aios Speech Communication, and will feature a Korean dance performance by CEO Jang Yu-jin, introductions to new chapters and member businesses, a lecture by Director Chang-Jun Lee, and business networking sessions, including Power One to One meetings.

As a guest lecturer, Director Lee Chang-joon from the Jinseong Leadership Academy will deliver a lecture on the concept of 'meta competency,' which leaders must possess in today's rapidly changing and crisis-prone society. He explains that meta competency involves integrating emotional agility, self-awareness, and self-regulation to demonstrate superior leadership in dealing with change and complexity.

Lee Young-jin, the general executive director of BNI YDP, expressed that the number of BNI YDP members is increasing despite the challenges posed by the endemic situation. He also highlighted the growing success stories of BNI power teams, which have achieved increased sales through active collaboration in the win-win industry.

He further added, "I hope that all BNI YDP members will gain valuable leadership insights and expand their business exchanges through this forum."
